Spartan 300 Training.

One of the many full body circuit workouts. This is for people who want to keep it simple. All that is required is an inexpensive pull-up bar.I bought one for about 13 dollars at my local fitness store. A pull-up bar is one of the most basic fundamental items you need to get in shape. Strengthens your Entire Upper Body. Why do you think gymnasts are in such great shape?

    man this is awesome...when i started out i was already in a fair shape. now after seeing this vid and version 2, i have been combining the excercises from each version to make the workout less repetitive...it helps with the persistance lol. also i have been timing myself after each exercise each week and i keep a record of these times to monitor progress and would highly recommend it to other people trying this. the difference is extraordinary!!

    Uh, the movie 300. This workouts supposed to make you look like the actors in 300 cuz they were all ridiculously ripped. "Spartan" workouts are everywhere even in fitness magazines this one just also has 300 reps.

    I'm sorry, why referring to "Spartan training"?
    They were soldiers. They did weapons training, wrestling, sparring, actual hand to hand combat and they practised superior battle tactics.

    This is just fitness training, in the form of a circuit. Or am I missing something?
