William Lawson makes a very bold statement and says that the Network Marketing business is NOT a numbers game and that the network marketing business is actually a people business...a teaching and mentoring business.

Just think about it. One of the major reasons people join the network marketing business is to earn a residual income that can pay their childrens, children.

The only way anyone will ever achieve that residual income is by investing in people, not through their ability to sell things. It's just in the network in the marketing business you don't invest money, you invest your time, heart and soul to build leaders. You cannot build leaders in your network marketing business by asking them to go and recruit everyone that comes within 3 ft, but you can build a leader in your network marketing business by teaching and mentoring them the skills and mindset they need to be successful.

If anyone, has told you that the network marketing business is a sales business or a numbers game I would stick cotton wool in your ears and run...go and get advice somewhere else. The person who has told you this is likely to be a 'heavy hitter' or a sponser monster, big time superstar recruiter and he/she is trying to teach you how to do it their way, and how they built their network marketing business successfully ,but even if you try you can't, because people are not duplicatable.

But that's just one reason . Another powerful reason is 98% of the worlds population is sales resistant and will not be put up with being hit with sales pitches, even though some are too nice to say no. But just because someone isn't saying soemthing doesn't mean their not thinking it. Do you really enjoy making people feel intimidated and uncomfortable. If you persist you'll lose friends fast and you'll be secretly dispised by people.

But I know you wouldn't go that far. How do I know? Well... if you are sales resistant, you will not be able to do the same to others. Simple as that, you will not be ale to keep it up for long!
We all have a soul and it will give you a sick feeling in your stomach and you'll be full of fear and anxiety when you speak to people, because it's just not you!

So as only a small number of the population can build their network marketing business that way, your safest bet is to learn how to communicate with people and honour their needs and wishes to a very high level. The more you honour peoples needs and wishes the bigger your network marketing business will grow I promise you!

If you learn people skills to an acceptable level you will lower tension when you speak to people

Low Tension = Higher cooperation

It makes sense doesn't it, when was the last time you were made to feel uncomfortable and in your own mind
thought yes to something?
