To tell the truth Sukarno was not really a good president. Indonesia's economy crumbled under him. However, he was a genuine nationalist leader whose life was dedicated solely for his country. He had the heart and the character of a great president. However, he lacked the necessary abilities to develop his country.

The question is now what is an Indonesian? Many people who have been living in Indonesia for generations without ever getting any citizenship papers.
