    If the customer orders a side of a condiment, that container worth is what they are ordering. Get the order correct with things that are obvious BEFORE leaving the kitchen. Don't make yourself have an extra trip. Make sure the customer has enough of what they asked for. If they don't use it all, at least you provided them with enough. Your tip is riding on if you get the order correct. Make sure they have enough by bringing out enough the FIRST TIME AROUND.
