um, yea, he's "making a big deal" out of this because he wants to inform people of this decease. not everyone knows about it, and he wants as much support for it as possible.
so i dont know who "we" is, but the rest of the TRUE Jonas fans and i aren't one of them.

Why is Nick making a big deal out of his diabetes? Alot of people have it, it's nothing unusual. We don't give 2½ S**ts .

A Little Bit Longer still makes me cry. It is terrible that someone so young has to deal with that.

Even if it doesn't slow him down, he's right about the fact that we can't possibly know how he feels.

That's gotta change your life forever: yesterday you were just a normal kid, and from today on, you have diabetes... for the rest of your life. That simple. That awful.

I really do feel for him but I'm happy that he's taken it the way he has and turned it into something quite positive.

Lola, al principio el pregunta si hay alguien con diabetes, que levante la mano, y luegola levanto el. Dice que el empezo a perder peso y que no bebia nada mas que agua. Sus padres lo llevaron al doctor y le diagnosticaron con diabetes. Ha tenido 1 aNo con ellas ( el dia que el dijo lo que dijo, claro) y que con 15 aNos de edad tan solopensaban 115 lbs. Pobre, no?

i know people with diabetes, and i love nick jonas. i watched this and i listened to "a little bit longer" about his diabetes, and i cried my eyes out, and i went to the 11th sept london apollo concert, and he made a speech and sang a little bit longer, and i cudnt help but cry along with him, i dont jus like him, i really am in love with him, i feel so bad that he went through such a bad experince, but he still ends up on top and he didnt let it slow him down, wich is what he sed it wudnt do <3

people didn't search on dead americans in iraq, they searched for the jonas brothers..
