The chapter starts off directly from where the other one left off.

God realm Pain: Myoubokuzan...the Holy Land of the Toads?

Tsunade: ...

God realm Pain: Call Naruto back.

Tsunade: I already told you. We will fight you with everything we have, even if it costs our lives.

Tsunade sends a huge amount of chakra to her legs and feet, and is dashing straight at god realm Pain.

The scene switches to Shizune and human realm Pain.

Ino is crying desperately at this point.

Ino: You have what you want...just let her go.

Human realm Pain: No one can live after going against the laws of god.

Shizune's soul is ripped out by human realm Pain before the Konoha shinobi can react. She falls on the ground and is presumably dead.

The scene switches back to Tsunade and god realm Pain.

Tsunade almost manages to reach god realm Pain, but her attack stops short of him.

Tsunade: What?!

Suddenly, god realm Pain's body emanates a divine light, blinding Tsunade the ANBU.

ANBU 1: What is this terrible chakra?!

ANBU 2: Is he really a god?!

Tsunade: Hold your ground. No one can truly be a god.

Despite this, the ANBU begin backing away.

The scene switches to Konan's fight with Shino and his father.

Shino and his father are the only two remaining; the others were sufficated by Konan's paper.

God realms Pain's divine light reaches the area they are battling at, and Shino and his father's bugs begin to fly away.

Shino: This chakra...it has the overwhelming feeling of death.

Shibi Aburame: Even the bugs flee...what's happening over there?

Konan: Nagato...doing this will only shorten your life.

The scene switches to Myoubokuzan.

Naruto: I'm almost there...just a little more time and I should be able to do it.

Suddenly, Shima (Ma toad) and a tadpole come rushing up.

Tadpole: Elder frog...come quickly. Kosuke's name has disappeared from the list on the frog scroll.

Fukasaku: If that's true, then something terrible is happening back there.

Shima: We have to summon the Eldest Sage as soon as possible. Only he can take Naruto back in time.

Fukasaku and Shima form hand signs.

The scene switches back to Konoha.

Five of the six bodies of Pain have suddenly been deactivated. First human realm Pain is shown being deactivated right before he stabs Inoichi with a black spear. Animal realm Pain is deactivated before a dog summoning crushes Ibiki and ANBU ninjas.

Then, hungry ghost realm Pain is deactivated right before he kills Kiba's mother by suffocating her. Finally, hell realm Pain is deactivated as he gets back up, ready to stab Konohamaru and Ebisu from behind.

God realm Pain, however, is still alive.

He suddenly performs a gravitational technique that completely levels Konoha, destroying its few remaining structures.

The separated forms of Katsuyu cover the building Sakura is currently in, and manages to save Sakura and the wounded villagers.

Sakura walks outside and sees dozens of dead Konoha villagers, and a completely destroyed Konoha.

Sakura begins crying uncontrollably.

Sakura: Naruto...save us!!
