Fudmottin has finished building his new custom AR-15 style rifle. This video shows what's truly special and unique about this particular rifle.
Without the scope, $1400 about. I could have brought the price down with a cheaper bolt carrier and by not getting the match trigger.
I've seen parts guns going for more...
Thanks.
How much was the total cost? Beautiful rifle by the way.

Most recoil from an AR-15 comes from the bolt carrier group cycling. With a suppressor on, even the muzzle gasses are tamed so it is just the tiny bullet providing any push which is barely noticeable.
You can keep watching through the scope to see where the bullet hits.
Great video. I like that gas block set-up. Does that affect the recoil when shut off? thanks for posting the video.

The video quality here is rocking my sox off. I record in HD. So the larger uploads and HQ video is a real blessing.
I'm really looking forward to getting a range day in. While the scope is bore sighted, punching paper is where all truth lies.
There are some videos I absolutely want to do though. One will be a sequel to another video I did with a certain Marlin.
Thank you very much.
