stillablaze, Selene's Terrain Camera has a mapping resolution of 1 pixel per 10 meters. The largest Apollo object left on the moon is 4.2 meters. Their 3D imagees of the Apelline Mountain range match the pictures from Apollo 15 perfectly. To expect resolution higher than their camera specifications is just dumb. I know the Japanese Aerospace (JAXA)did in Nov 07 and Jan 08 and did orbit the moon. They have photo'simages of the Apollo 15 landing site but no images of the flag, Apollo launch pad or the Lunar Rover.
Despite having a Terrain 3D camera and Selene HDTV (High Definition ) they still have no images of the above. You must be dumb if they have all this High Resolution imaging equipment and no images of the above.
