Hey u sound lyke a nerd no affense.lol
By Firaelle [Affiliate User] 1212899652 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYes thats true in general you want your hips square. But in this move for some people (myself included) if your hips are perfectly squared then the move can result in lower back pain. As long as your leg is directly behind you and the hips are facing forward you'll still get a very good stretch.
By sinbabylk [Affiliate User] 1212558264 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYou'd get a better stretch at 5:54 if you put the front leg so that the bent knee makes a 90 degree angle, and you square your hips (not just the shoulders are supposed to face forward, but the hips as well)
By sweetlyswank [Affiliate User] 1212528825 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removehave u done passive stretching? where someone pushes u down in the stretrches?

By sinbabylk [Affiliate User] 1210694271 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveMorning sick? Should I say congratulations?
Thats what us gentlemen are for, to remind you you are way better than you think. Works the other way too.
Thanks for you kind words. Funny...I didn't feel beautiful. I had morning sickness in this vid I was trying not to look to green:) This was originally made just for some friends that had questions but I decided to make it a public vid.
By sinbabylk [Affiliate User] 1210657847 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYou are amazing. Your presentation was very personable, clear, informative, and professional. You have a definitive class and elegance that make you a true pleasure to watch. Sorry I have to add you are outstandingly beautiful. I can go on but I am a gentleman and will stop there.
One small tip is to start by introducing yourself.
Really good video! I thought stretching was just stretching but there is a lot more to the splits than I assumed. GREAT INFO!
