Last night, Serena put 2 + 2 together and realized Diana Payne was in fact Chuck's biological mother. While Mr. Bass was of course upset by the news, we can't help but wonder what the future is for these two. By the look s of next week's promo though, things get pretty darn awkward when Chuck walks in on Diana in a compromising position with his BFF, Nate.... Take a look: Yes, Diana and Nate have a history.... But don't let this promo completely fool you. I'm told that Nate is seducing Diana in an attempt to find out some information on her -- and that he will be VERY surprised by what he discovers. If you'll remember at the end of last night's episode, Gossip Girl knows about another MAJOR secret Diana is trying to keep quiet. Also in next week's episode, which happens to be titled Despicable B -- Blair will feel like her Upper East Side status is slipping away and will devise a plan to ensure that does not happen. As for all the Van Der Woodsen drama, look for Lily to throw a family gathering in an attempt to prove her family is as united as ever. While some viewers had suspicions that Diana was Chuck's mom -- I have to know if you were shocked by the reveal and how it all played out.... And, what do you think of Lola leaving town?
