That's a recut trailer for the movie. The Shining is actually a horror movie (and a damn good one too).

yeah, its a horror movie, one of my favorites...i recommended it to my friends for a sleepover, so we watched it...i'd already seen it and read the book, but i still loved it...we all laughed when the scary music played, but instead of something creepy it said the date or something...and during the end of the movie, all of the girls were latched on to me and scared shitless...awesome movie, Jack Nicholson was great, and the plot itself was cool...read the book too!

i thought it was a happy movie about a kid who needs a father.
