  • For your stiff neck ...

    For your stiff neck - I recommend doing head circles very slowly in each direction for 3-4 minutes and then shoulder shrugs (raise your shoulders up towards your ears) for about 4-5 minutes. By that point your neck/shoulders will have loosened up a lot and just use your intuition to guide you on self-massage.

    P.S. Stiff neck can mean too much mind activity and needing to chill out! Find some time to bask, get a massage or go to a yoga class....
