Here is one of my FAVORITE smoothie recipes! Hope you like it as much as I do!--XoXo--BLT :D Kimberly Snynder (Food Genius) http://www.kimberlysnyder.net/ CHIA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE -2 cups organic almond milk (homemade or store bought) -2 tbsp organic chia seeds -1/2 teaspoon cinnamon -1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract -8 to 10 drops stevia -1/2 frozen acia packet Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth! Let it cool/thicken in your fridge for 15 to 30 minutes, and then enjoy!
