In some places they're not so rare. My mother's a vet, and they were really rare where we used to live, then we came to this area and there's a ton of them. She got all excited the first time she saw one here, but the other vets she was working with were all "yeah, so? See 'em all the time." X3

wow its so annoying when people say "OMG SHE BIT THE KITTENS HEAD" its how they hold them! they have exrtactable skin on their necks so the mom can move them to safety or travel.
