    you can click "Run" in the start menu. now type "%temp%" and find the virus logo. (the antivirus 2009 logo is a shield) now note the filname and press ctrl+alt+del and click processes. now end the virus process.

    cool.... i have a prob, im not very familiar with virus or adware n stuff, but everytime i open up a folder it apears again in that folder but this time its .exe... for example, if i open games folder, inside, there is another one games folder but this time .exe.... what should i do?

    now, end these processes:
    av2009
    antivirus2009

    and you can open up programs again
