Meet Stephen, who is the Lead Scientist and Manager at the Uganda National Agricultural Research Organization's (NARO) Gibuzaale Research Station. Gibuzaale is one of the finest coffee growing areas in Uganda, and the knowledge produced and shared by NARO helps to keep it that way. Henry, the manager of the coffee pulping/washing station closest to NARO (from where Crop to Cup buys coffee) has a cameo in the vid.
