Well, here in the U.S.A. two of the three lanes would have been closed by a multitude of highway vehicles, the area coned off, a police car would have been present. Get the point? Always SAFETY FIRST!!!

this guy did not die, he broke his hip bone only, the bus kept going, never stopped, police arrested the bus driver four hours later and the fater of the guy that was hurt beat the S**t out of the driver at the police station, the police let everyone go

I think on e guy was already on the sign. and one in the cherry picker. it's really unfortunate for the poor dead guy, but surely common sense tells you not to put a mobile ploatform up in the middle of the road when there's still traffic going by. sad, but stupid.

tough the crane operator was not careful enough, it was the driver's fault. he should have known his vehicle's height, any body would have slow down when approaching the crane.
