The CIA may not have wanted to colapse communities, but the rich business interests behind them may have.

just because a documentary gives information on what you want to hear doesn't mean its not a conspiracy theory. That movie was well done, but the depth it attempted to go to were a little too much (The CIA wanted to drive down land value through a long chain of drug related crimes? They may have sold the cocaine into the U.S., but I doubt they would have done it for that reason). Its an otherwise good movie in terms of some drug policy, but it still has the slant of wanting drugs for recreation.
