Strike are trying to entertain, not teach practical self-defense methods. However, this doesn't mean that they are 'insulting martial arts and combat sports,' but that they are adapting common martial arts disciplines for entertainment.

You should remember that a 'martial art' is both a tool for defense and an 'art' in the conventional sense - there's a whole philosophy involved, and Strike are showing the beauty of the 'arts' that they've learned.

altho theyre good, ...
altho theyre good, theyre not fantastic, and thats a fact whether certain ppl acknowledge it or not. the guy wit the brown hair had noticebly better technique than the other, but sooo many oriental ppl r better than both of them. just look up martial art freestlyes wit oriental ppl and youll see, on average, how much better it is.
