No it wouldn't. I think it's great that you're interested in science, but take it from myself, a Chemical Engineer. You need to take a Materials and Energy balances college course before making wild free energy claims. It'll quickly become clear that there is no such thing as free energy from HHO generators. It doesn't matter how the plates are set up, what they're made of, or how much voltage and current is put in, there is ALWAYS a net loss in the conversion.

what good is this? is there any application you can use with it? is there a net positive in energy? in other words do you create more energy than you add.

Although, re-reading this makes me think, don't use KOH or NaOH electrolyte as it will eat away your heat sinks.

Just one problem with your theory. Thermodynamics isn't going to S**k that water up through the tubes.

You need to get a pump and pump that water through your heatsink block.

Alternatively, you can stick lots of aluminium plates into your tuppaware container so that they contact the water. Just remember to silicone them up so there are no leaks. Then you would have a kick ass passive cooler that uses the air. No extra power to run a useless fan.

simple thermodynamics. if you have something that cool then the heat will want to heat it up.
