He was pulling positive rolling 'G's', yet the wing peels off towards the bottom of the airplane. It should have gone the opposite way, this is fake.

Sorry... I meant the 49 second mark on the video.
Again, insufficient roll authority on a single aileron at low speed, even allowing for engine torque and rudder, to roll that fuselage 90 degrees in a fraction of a second.
The video is fun to watch -- kudos to the makers.
Another thing to notice -- freeze the vid at the 17 second mark (after the wing falls off) and you'll see a frame with the shadow of the MISSING wing on the fuselage. :D

Many professional pilots will say this is possible. Certainly level knife-edge flight in this type of aircraft is, even missing a wing.
Credential-wise, I have B.S. and M.S. in aero engineering, am retired Naval Aviator, graduated Navy Test Pilot School in 1985, was later a flight instructor there, have flown over 80 types of military and civilian aircraft.
The issue is the impossible snapping left roll at around the 59 second point. Can't happen that way at that speed without a right wing.

I'm a professional pilot with professional and aerobatic competition experience and this IS possible with a plane of this type.

This video is a really good production.... it had me going... but upon further studying I can see that it is a fake.. though very cool.. good job to the people that put it together...

F-15 has a differential stab in the back for roll augmentation and can be flown high speed and landed without a wing. True fact an Israeli pilot did that.
Stunt planes can be flown level knife-edge at high speed using fuselage and thrust at high angle of attack for lift. Another true fact.
That said, the video is fake. Do Play/Pause from 48 seconds and you'll see a VERY fast roll (360 deg/sec?) to the left. Not going to happen with one aileron, no lift on the right, and a simple elevator.

listen very closely when the wing snaps off... does anyone else hear a click or something? I do and it happens at the exact moment that the wing broke... I know sound is fast, but that plane is pretty far away... Anyway, I think this is possible in real life, and the artists did an amazing job. Don't those pilots wear helmets?

That all being said, if the vid is faked, it's even more impressive; kind of like the Obama campaign, his citizenship, his socialism, his abortion rights, his tax 'cuts', his marxist mentors, his 'experience' getting-out the fraud vote, his contempt for the Constitution...then this was a VERY well done, slick fake by pros.

"Amazing" isn't always faked, tho you can't believe everything you see online; Obama is 1 example.

Pilots really can be that good. It could and would HAVE to be flown in exactly as shown; the remaining wing must go straight up to get stable, rudder used for attitude, leave elevators pretty well neutral for yaw, the plane is a lifting-body and that race motor has all the thrust-to-weight needed.

OK skeptics, don't be so quick to scream fake. I've seen these stunt planes fly using nothing but engine power and the side of the fuselage to support the airplane. Full rudder, wings vertical, the aircraft will simply plow on its side the entire length of the runway. I've seen it done up close, many times. A sharp stunt pilot could recover a stunt plane like this and save it. Not the first time either. Google the Israeli F-15 that lost a wing and still made a safe landing at 250 mph.

I wouldn't be so sure that this is fake. I just watched a youtube video of a man landing an F-15 with one wing!

Soooo FAKE!!!! Too bad Neal Boortz the great talk radio show ost thought this was REAL. Neal is a Pilot and you would think a Pilot could figure out this was a FAKE. Come on Neal your a smart guy!!!!
