    make sure when you are finished you have ur comp selected and then go to

    Composition ==> Make Movie

    then go to the render queue and choose the name and what type of file then select Render... NEVER use file ==>export.... it S**ks XD

    alt begin and alt end is you press and hold the ALT button and press [ for begin and ] for end.. theyre brackets so therefore [ begin ] end
