If you dont have the leaves, just use any other brush or download some brush presets from the net.

when i right clicked there was just the brush sizzed not the pics of leaves and things. waht do i do???

Open up Photoshop, go to image in the top left corner -> the hit color mode(or mode) -> and change do RGB mode. You should have all colors enabled now

cause i have the same photoshop & for some reason i can't change the color of my strokes, outer glow, & all those other blending options.

cs 3 yeah. yepp they are ordinary brushes that are included in PS CS3.
