They put herbs, meat and noodles in it (and more!) And if you want to add some flavor inside, try some hoison or chili sauce (Which can be found in vietnamese stores).

Cool! That kind of coffee is called Kape Alamid her in the Philippines. They say it's the best kind of coffee. Haha, dunno, but I wouldn't be afraid to try some. XD
