hey freerunning is only a slightly altered version of parkour but when it comes down to it, only the definitions and names are diffrent, but they are basicly the same sport/lifestyle. so can you pleas stop fighting about it and watch the vids

hahaha u think you're so clever, well! Parkour is not translated into freedom of movement (look it up) in fact parkour doesnt translate into anything. There is a similar word but that doesnt mean freedom of movement either :L

Parkour does NOT include flips or rotations, the dvd will have included flips and rotations simply to make it more interesting. "dont try and educate people on things you know nothing about"--Try taking your own advice. P.s. if you don't take my word for it ask any other Traceur
