I accidentally found it in my friend's computer he wanted me to fix his computer and when I opened the cd tray there was a disc which was used by the geek squad to check what was the computer's problem; then I tested it on my vista computer and removed successfully the passwords that it had even administrator passwords it's pretty kool I haven't seen any other software like that; and "NO" they don't sell them in best buy...

didn't work for me anyway I had a geek squad cd once the new one and that cd worked on both xp and vista including xp professional it was able to blank the password it opened as a window showing up all the users (names) and you just had to choose remove password and it did the work in seconds; five as much. but "I LOST IT"
