Absolutely right. This was brilliant. One of the better videos I've watched in a while. Defense attorneys have an obligation that has nothing to do with public opinion, decency, or morality. Spot on ! As much as I can't stand either of them one for too much attitude and one for the lack of aptitude ... I fully endorse his opinion of the media. And how dare Sagarika Gosh assume that the CNN-IBN reflects public opinion? On the contrary they force their own opinions down our throats. Greatest interview ever! He gets the interviewer to admit the Press is activist - a purveyor of agenda. As activists they're primary concern is NOT public opinion, it is their agenda. For example she believes that Guilt in the Eyes of the Press is valid. It is not. This is the mentality of an activist press. Their opinion is paramount. The public's opinion, unless it mirror's their own, is a secondary consideration; if it's considered at all.
