Iraq said they had nuclear weapons and were threatening to use them, so he was trying to protect the world, and he cant just end a war, cause that could end his life (maybe) and if you were in a fight with someone and you know that they were right, would you just and the war and look like a complete idiot in front of the whole world, or would you try to win it!!!
