    They do, but they only put significant muscle size on you if you use specific amounts of weight, sets & reps, depending on your goals. Of course in certain cases one thing overlaps the other: if you want strength and you do 3 sets of 8 reps of deadlifts then you will put muscle size on your body as well. But as most of us know, in the end a lot of things come in to play: types of exercises, loads, sets & reps, diet, genetics, rest, etc

    the men from 300 were already big, they simplty used this training to cut thier fat % down. not many people know it, but they also used traditional weight and powerlifting in addition to this type of workout. this system in the video wont put size on you, but it will condition your muscles for endurance and help your cardiovascular system

    Thanks you've pretty much helped me out with everything I need to know. I've been doing this workout for the past two weeks now and I can already feel the difference when I'm working. I'm much stronger then I was before I started this regime and I don't get tired at all no matter how physical the activity is I'm doing at work I go from one thing to the next right after the other without my muscles burning out or getting winded. This workout has already helped me greatly. I highly recomend it.

    lol Thats ok. Everyone is talking about Gym Jones obviously because of 300. And the when i say it is simple, the exercises are simple but are utilised for specific theroetically based reasons. Yes it can build strength and aerobic endurance, but to explain how would take too many words for me to fit in this box! If you have a more specific question it might be easier to ask...     If it's nothing ground breaking then why is every one talking about it and how did the guys in 300 get the bodys they did. And I'm not trying to be sarcastic in any way when I say this thank you for taking the time to reply to my question but I mean if it was so simple wouldn't everybody who trained like this look like that. Another question does it help to build strength as well as endurance? And once again thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with me I appreciate it.

    Hey I'm new to this style of exercising but I'm looking to get into this type of training. Is it basically just one work out after another until you reach the point of exaustion? That's what it looks like to me or am I totally off. If there's anyone on here with some extensive knowledge on this type of training that could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.     Anyone try to do the "Jones Crawl" yet?
    Its one beast of a circuit. I did 150's too, its a mini version of the 300 workout. (Basically everything in 1/2) Doing louder than 11 once i get some kettelbells.
