In this little flick the host of the show, Sjef van Oekel (roughly translated Van Doofus), is welcoming them in gibberish - Chinese, which Carl doesn't seem to understand since to Sjef´s big surprise he speaks English ...

In the middle of the clip Dolf shamelessly celebrates the 12½ anniversary of their program, but sidekick Evert van der Pik (van der Dick) prefers buttermilk ...

This production is ...
This production is so absurd that I watched it about 10 times. The 'karate chops' in the background along with the 70's fashion is nothing short of comic. I found it remarkably hilarious that the 'host' of the show is reading from a script in his hand. You'll also notice (at the very beginning) that Carl Douglas is even slightly startled by the door falling to the floor rather haphazardly. Silly to the point of being entertaining! :)
