Awesome Triceps Exercise - Brad Pilon of www.BradPilon.com and www.EatStopEat.com demonstrates a triceps exercise that he used to help boost his shoulder press strength.

In this video, Brad uses a Kettle Bell to improve a traditional tricep exercise. He call this new triceps exercise a "Cannon Ball Press".

Be sure to avoid bringing the kettlebell above your head, and only use weights that you can handle during this kettle bell tricep exericse.

Whatever you do, make sure that you do not drop the kettle bell on your head! The Bell should always be 3 to 4 inches behind your head.

This tricep exercise is stressful on your elbows, so be sure to properly warm up first.

Try using this exercise to boost your bench press, shoulder press or the size of your triceps.
