just another pb for 1 this was very hard i think i am good for no more than 82 or 83 kgs for 1 at the moment..my short term goal of 200kg for 1 would be very good....other wise i am going for 170kg x 5reps...see what you think of my form and control remember i dont wear not belt no wraps no knee wrap, just a raw lift

    chek ma video out when i was 16 it on ma videos im 21 know like. i still maintain my 21" biceps curently 54" chest. yh i will put sum vids up. i jus aint really been bothered to video my self when benchpressing cuz its not funny r anything. i thought you tube was abt funny vids etc...

    cheers thanks for the comment, yeah I was really surprised that I got 180 for 1, real happy as you can see " YES " lol, yeah I felt I could go a little bit deeper, but at the monment i am happy with a parralle squat, I am not going to do singles for a while now so, may be in a couple of months I may try 185 for 1 see how that goes.

    Excellent form mate. Would have been nice to see you go slightly deeper, but you definately hit parralle!! Great controll for such a big wieght!! good luck getting to 200!!
