Thisvideo is high Quality for what it is, I used a program called Prism Video Convert to convert the .PSS video files from the game disk, to a DVD Mpeg 4 Mpeg, then I capture the .PSS audio from the KMPlayer, then I used Ulead Video Studio to put it back together and render it as an DVD Mpeg 4, then I converted it to FLV. If you keep the Video at its highest quality before you convert it to FLV, then the FLV will come out at its best quality, no matter what compression it is. For more info ...
