The arguement against global warming is that the earth goes through these cycles naturally. And it does, so people aren't sure if this is just a natural cycle or something induced by us as humans.

As for me, I'm not sure what the deal is, but God's first commandment to Adam was to "dress, till and keep the earth," so I do believe we need to be responsible.
