Nicely done. Good commentary on one of the most exciting MLS games in recent history. I swear everytime anyone posts anything about the MLS, someone comes with some worthless league/USA bashing. I especially love "AND NOW YOU RUIN FOOTBALL" Did I miss something? Ruining football by the league getting Beckham, and producing a wonderfully exciting match in front of 66,000 people in NYC? I hope we ruin football every game!

Blatantly false. Beckham played well, but JP Angel and Jozy Altidore both played better than him. Altidore made LA look silly all night, and Angel was giving Cannon fits.

you know all my fellow americans out there whining about how much the mls S**ks ...you're not exactly helping. obviously, the top quality leagues are in europe, but if you want to see improvement in the mls(which it has in leaps and bounds in the last few years) you have to help promote/support it and get more fans. more fans = more money = better players = better league. got that?

to be fair it was one of the highest scoring games in mls history and the reason many americans say they don't like 'soccar' is because of the lack of goals in mls
