    Joey - I love this one - I started it when you showed us in the NB program - and what shocked me is that it works better than all the machines and weight stack programs I used to do in my 'gym days' ...ehem , ehem...

    Thats amazing. I did 12 reps one way - and then 12 steps back. I did that 5 times through. By the 5th round my legs, butt & thighs were twitching in places I didn't even know there were muscles!

    I'm adding this into my lower body routine for sure - Stay tuned... ;-)
