World War One : 1914 - 1918 Map
Nice summary, but one mistake:
the naval battle of Jutland was not "indecisive." Yes, roughly equal amounts of casualties were inflicted on each side, but Germany was not able to break the British blockade of the North Sea. The blockade is essentially why the German economy collapsed and the Kaiser was abdicated, and thus Germany lost the war. Jutland did not change the status quo, and that in itself was decisive for an allied victory.
there are some mistakes, Italy was at first with the central powers, only after the secret London aggrement in 1915 and beeing promised istria, dalmatia, tirol and some german colonise in africa they joined the allies

By AlexMus90 [Affiliate User] 1225501109 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeyeah my your right, but before the war there was to alliances between Britan, France and Russia, called the triple entente, and Germany, Austra/Hungry and Italt known as the triple alliance, aka central powers.
The war took so long to end due to the failure of the revised Scheliffen plan, the failure of plan 17, and the aragance of the German commanders. This lead to a stalemate causing a race to the sea, and as seen in the video 'there were trenches from the english channel to the swiss alps
Peachey the German/Austro-Hungarian alliance wasn't called the triple entente they were the central powers.
Britain, France and Russia were called the "entente".
