Georgian National Ballet (aka Georgian State Dance Company) - in Kyiv, Palace Ukraine, on the 16th and 18th of February, 2008.

Get ready for two hours of astonishment courtesy of the great Georgian National Sukhishvili Ballet, a company that's wowed audiences in the United States and Australia, as well as here in the former Soviet Union. Athletic power merges with aesthetic grace in this troupe's performances, and even the world's best ballet companies can't dance while standing on the tips of their toes for as long as the Georgians do. This is what top ethnic dancing is all about.

Of course it snows in Tehran. It has a four season climate. Its the Southern and Eastern part of Iran that is warm and dry all year round. Just like the USA, not all parts of the US is like Los Angeles.
