Eight year old roof - Original roofing company used inferior 2 pound foam. Intallation was poor.
REPAIR STEPS 1. Remove original foam from section where leak occured.
2. Dry out section using flame thrower and leaf blower
3. Apply 3 pound higher grade roofing foam 5 layers to 2 inches thick
