You can wire the ...
You can wire the inverter DIRECTLY to the speaker leads through a diode! It works, but you really need to crank up the volume!

I have played with ...
I have played with this...the tube and inverter from an old scanner will work too, the light is always white, and pretty dim. Yours look real nice!!!!

just 2 fluorescent ...
just 2 fluorescent lights linked to the speakers using the hi voltage converter that comes with theses lights. .

i know this works cos i tried it..thing is mine were green not blue.
