    Carpal tunnel syndrome can be fixed that easliy with active release technique? I did not konw that you could not have to have surgery with carpal tunnel sydrome. Thank you doctor for positing this active release video.

    Well, I wouldn't say you have a lifetime of problems ahead of you. Try to find an ART, active release techniques, provider in Canada. There is a great guy name Dr. Brain Abelson in calgary, but I think there are more ART provider in Canada than in the US and they are really good.

    You should probably go sooner than later too, because when a nerve entrapment is left long enough the nerve can eventually die... you dont want that
