So I went to the gym again and this time I practiced inverts and power moves...as you can see I am way outta practice (as well as outta shape) especially with the power moves. Nonetheless, I hope ya dig!

The Background song is "Bboy Stance" by K-os...off his 2nd album Joyful Rebellion (my fav of his 3 albums so far).

    thanks man....i think most dancers are largely self taught in the sense that they have to practice on their own consistently to ever get good at something....unless they are rich and go to dance classes 24/7

    I'm mostly self taught, but i went to a Breakin class once a week for the last 1.5 years i lived in Toronto, and when I moved to Montreal I took this sweet break/pop/lock class a handful of times before the 3 teachers split up...and then i took like 2 more locking classes with the lockin Teacher....but thats pretty much it...practice is key...like any opportunity to practice i do....and u don't need a mirror, silhouettes from street lights at night or the sun durin the day are just as good!
