    The Japanese translate it (subtitles) and Americans dub it. However, the Japanese may have intentionally called Integra 'Sir' for emphasis, even though they may've known that wasn't 'correct'. Sir Integra sounds, I suppose, more powerful than Dame Integra. Dame, to me, calls to mind a woman in a dress. That's not Integra in the least. Sir is probably an aesthetic choice.
