    I do know that after I meditate for about 30 mins. (if I don't fall asleep). I get up and feel as if I've had a nap.

    fear and love are the two emotions that we feel. Fear vibrates at low frequencies and love in higher frequencies. I hear are low frequency or FEAR .... What kind of frequency is that???
