When you say reducer, do you actually mean inhibitor? To slow down the reaction? The amount of inhibitor is usually specified by the suppliers. You might want to contact them for details. Less hardener usually means slower reaction, longer gel time. You can tinker with the vacuum pressure as long as full fabric saturation is achieved. Good luck!
