use a boot CD i sejust u use XP boot cd that what i did

someone help i just got a new computer from my school they were going to throw them out because they got new ones...i cant even get into the computer because it asks for username n pass and i tried everythin but it dnt work because the domain is not connected so i need to format my hard drive but it wont boot straight away so plz someone help i have tried everything

With vista u must boot from the disc and format it (clean install)

Install ur internet , drivers and otha stuff

u need to put ur windows cd in the disk drive. then it will boot from there.
