    I have several videos relating to flashbacks. You might find them interesting. Also, have videos on different types of safety relief valves. Good luck with your experimenting, and be safe.

    This is GREAT info for people just being introduced to this field. Kudos.
    To be honest we prefer the pressure relief valve, and using the bubbler or reservoir to dissipate the blast. You don't have any of the flow restriction that a solid-state flashback arrestor causes. But, that being said...flashback arrestors do have their place, expecially with torches. Of course, when you get up past 15 Lpm, it becomes a whole different animal.

    Thanks! I agree, the more I have researched it, I have found I like a pressure relief device over a flashback arrestor. I'm looking at a couple different ones right now. When I get one installed, I will post a video.

    Great work! I bought a HHo pressure relief valve for mine on Ebay for $7.00 made of brass and it works great. I feel safer with that over a flash back arrestor. Arrestors don't seem reliable enough yet. Keep up the good work! Den
