It's not the media's fault at all. They've done studies and new-born babies will actually look at beautiful faces longer then average peoples' faces. You can't say that the babies are influenced by the media etc... it's just in our nature to be attracted to beauty. I'm getting a nose job in a month because I think it will improve my looks and the way I feel. And there's nothing wrong with self-improvement. The only contentious issue is that it isn't a conservative way to go about it.

of course people are crazy for beauty and getting it done but whos fault is it really? The media of course, girls like me are influenced by the media and want to be attractive. Its true i've been called ugly many many times in my life. I dont know whether its a joke or not, but it does hurt. When i get around the age of 20 I want to have my nose done to make it thinner. Lots of people ask for beauty as well which pushes us girls to want to get plastic surgery

I am 15 years old and I cant wait to have my nose done (Rhinoplasty) I get very embarrised when I meet people because of my big nose. The thing that I want so much right now is to have a nice smooth nose which suits my face.

I am a 32 years old. I have a big nose with a small bump.
When I was younger (teenager to 19 yo) I would love to have a smaller nose without a bump.
The years have passed and today I am glad that I didn´t do anything to my nose because my face has changed a lot (I get a complete adult face at +- 28 yo) and my big nose is just perfect for my adult face.
