ov course hes not, you cant be dum and be a good boxer, boxing isnt just about throwing punches, its about trying to outsmart and out think and out time your oppenent at the same time thinking about openings what punches to use, same time thinking bout reading their body language so your read to move or slip their punches at you, then you got your foot work and it just goes on and on.

If Tyson were to live all over again he's got a great chance to conquer UFC as well. He'd be the one most likely to KILL his opponent, if not the one most likely to win.

Think about it. Tyson with 14 Oz gloves DESTROYED all heavyweight boxers in his prime.
How do you think it'd be if he puts on 5 Oz Fighting gloves? He'll murder anything that comes in his way.

is that why mike tyson himself said he would lose to tito ortiz, and is that why its so hard for so many boxers to make the transition over to the ufc (marcus davis is a great example) I mean in boxing all they work on is punching, but in the ufc there is so much more in it that it become a whole different game, while i would admit that no ufc fighter could take mike tyson in a boxing match, I dont think that mike tyson could do jack S**t in a ufc match

Mike has been the best athelete of our time!!! Boxing training and regimen is vigorous... Tyson is a legend and always will be!!!! I have always venerated his training technique...and his bad ass style in general.
UFC is a different type of fighting...no comparison!!! I'd give anything to train w/ Tyson in the gym!!!!

I've seen some of the best UFC heavyweight fighters train on bags etc. and they don't hit hard or correctly. The only reason that theres more knockouts in first round of UFC is that the fighters are idiots who runs onto theire oppondent, throws some punches and don't even put theire arms up to theire chins after they hit them.
