And that my mother cooked for me and my family ( my mother is Russian Jewish and my father is African ) ... I'll continue the tradition and try to cook at home for my future husband and children as much as I can ... I gave up a career on economy for literature for family and personal reasons as well

I'm very grateful that I grew up in West Africa with natural and homemade or natural cooked meals and to that fact that I lose/lost weight quite easily and that I'm healthier ... most people in my country only see fast food restaurants as a once in every year or every month or two to three months snack that has to be controlled and regulated and desserts as things for birthday parties or special occasions or something once in a while
